Ordering and Payment Options:

That Health Place is a secure site. We accept all major credit cards including American Express, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. We pay all the shipping and handling costs within the continuous Continental U.S. no matter how big your order is.

Online orders can be placed via our website using your major credit card. Our system utilizes PayPal Secure Payment Plan. There is no "connection" to any other system, That Health Place is simply notified and processes the order accordingly. We will provide you with an order confirmation via email (or phone if preferred) shortly after your order is processed. This email will be sent directly by us from thathealthplace.com.

We are subject to standard National Herbalife's Operating procedures as follows:

Orders processed by 12pm EST will be sent to the warehouse the same business day. These orders typically ship the same day.
Orders processed after 12pm EST will be sent to the warehouse the next business day. These orders typically ship the next day.
Orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours of processing during business days.
Once your order is processed, no changes or cancellations can be made. We ask that you review your orders slowly and thoroughly to ensure proper selection of products.
Rarely popular items may be backordered at the National Herbalife Warehouse Center.
We do not have such information in advance therefore we cannot make you aware of the backorder. You may wait for the backordered item to ship separately later via USPS. The backordered item can not be cancelled or expedited once the order is sent to Herbalife's Warehouse Center.

Shipping Information:

Shipping is free within the continuous Continental U.S. Free shipping is not applicable for orders being shipped outside the continuous Continental U.S. We use UPS ground for all our shipping needs. Typically it takes 3-5 business days to receive your order. We cannot process orders submitted with a P.O. Box address. We ask that you provide a physical address when placing your order.

Sales Tax:

Sales Tax will be added according to our state's law. Sales tax is applied to the total retail amount of the order.

Return Policy:

Returns are rare but do occur occasionally. We offer customers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your ordered product does not meet your expectations, return the unused portion to us within 30 days and you'll receive a full refund.

We will not refund shipping cost to return or to exchange the product to us.
Return processing may take up to a maximum of 2-4 weeks.
Items that are not returned in their original packaging will not be refunded.
